There might be several circumstances beyond our control where you could find a damaged or defective product or a product that is not same as you ordered online. We will assist you to replace the product for your satisfaction without charging any extra cost only if you notify us within 48 hours of Delivery.
For that you have to send us an email at email@example.com and after receiving email, we will process your return request.
Conditions for return:
- 1. Kindly notify us of receipt of a Damaged or Defective product within 48 hours of delivery.
- 2. The Products/Items should be UNUSED.
- 3. Products should be returned according to their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
After getting the request, we will process the refund .Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order
- 1. Orders processed by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within the 15 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
- 2. Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.
- 3. For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will only be made in favor of in the “billing name” provided at the time of placing the order.
